REJECTION – EPIC & LOCAL PERMISSIONS

    Anybody get the rejection for the reason shown on attached … Epic & Local disallowed due to Permissions etc.

    I’ve been in touch with IG but they say everything looks right from their end.

    Mmm thanks, IG said similar, but I’ve been having rejections for at least 3 days.

    Confusingly IG list ‘Duplicate Contracts’ … see attached. I have now selected the ‘2nd of the £1 Contracts’ to see if it makes any difference.

    I’ve just asked IG what is the difference between the two x £1 Contracts that they show in the listings for FTSE 100 CFDs.

    Hi Grahal, I have also encountered this error but only on the demo account- I think I like you found another variation of the instrument. I think the demo account with IG has all variation of one instruments but only some are country applicable. The one you got error on is properly for  Asia or something.

    Thanks Kasper, you are correct! Below is the reply from IG re ‘duplicate contracts’ …

    Regarding your query, on Pro Real Time, there isn’t a market filtering that enables you to only see the markets available for your account, that is why you’d be able to see similar or duplicate markets.

    In order to find the market that technically belongs to your account, I would suggest placing the market on your account in a watchlist, and then open the charts from the watchlist on Pro Real Time in order to open the market that belongs to your account.

    Hi All,

    I had the same issue on Ibex 1€.

    I tested manual stop order far from current price to understand on which market I could trade. My order on Ibex 1€ was rejected as expected but Ibex 2€ seems OK.

    Yes, same error message.

    Ibex 1€ does not work for me, it only works withe Ibex 2€.
