If you are referring to the Detailed Report, then yes my layout was not saved from v11?
Yes exactly. I see some changes to some of the detailed report building blocks, so that’s probably why. But nothing seems to be saved at all, even building blocks without changes.
I spent a lot of time on my Detailed Report layout when v11 was released, but for v12 I’m leaving as default PRT layout and using the Statistics Report for any deeper analysis.
Does any one know how to change the candle opening time on 4hr TF in V12. I think this feature is supported but cannot find any instruction

Settings > Platform Settings > enter Time in search box … Timezones are just over half way down.

Did you guys notice that all your saved pre-defined backtest report layouts stopped working? Atleast for us Swedish users, we had to remake them.
I have gone several times from V11.1 to V12, but never noticed anything “lost” as such. Yesterday was the last time. All still fine regarding this.

I am not talking about chart time but rather the opening of candle. For example, open a 4-hour candle at 8 am, not 7 am. Pro real code shows this as an added feature. I dont see this option in timezone.

It’s the same 4 hour bar everywhere in the world, but we can make it open at whatever time we want as displayed on our clocks at home.
If you look at MT5 platform, its 4hr candle opens at 8pm, while Pro Real-time 4hr opens at 7pm. This is actually previously discussed issue in other threads I belive. This is in release page for v12:

You can now configure opening times of intraday candles. For example, a 3 hour candle can start at 0H (0H, 3H, 6H), or at the open (9H30, 12H30, …) or at a custom time (ex: 8H, 11H…)

You could do above for 1 Instrument only if that is what you want? Then your PC clock remain at your native timezone setting (UTC+10?) .
we have to ENABLE ‘cursor mode after each drawing‘. Not what I call intuitive??
In my opinion, above is non-intuitive because we have to enable a setting to make it do something LESS (than prior to enable).
There is a Setting to do above, just found it, hope it works permanently now!
Ticking the Settings box doesn’t work as a permanent fix!
We need to have the Enable Cursor Mode after each Drawing in the left hand side margin AND enable it.
Let’s see if this stays as a fixed behavior when I Quit and Log back in?? Very annoying and even more annoying finding out what works!!??
