Aha, and after clicking that (thank you, GraHal) the below appears.
I think we are too much used to “Start the old version” so intuitively I wasn’t even going to look in there. And now I suppose starting V11.1 won’t be possible any more for Demo ?
(not that I care ! 🙂 )
I can press Launch ProRealTime as your attached picture says. But after that I get to the ERROR 500 site. I thought it was cache but tried in inkognito and cleared cache.
I have also contacted IG about the issue.
so intuitively I wasn’t even going to look in there.
So how / where do you / did you start v11 from … I’m intrigued now! I thought there was only 1 way to start PRT with IG … as my screenshot??
I have the exact same problem since yesterday (11/28). I have tried on three diffrent computers, tried two diffrent ISP, uninstalling and installing a couple of times.
When starting PRT by the yellow arrow i get a new window saying that the page doesnt work, HTTP error 500, and that “prt-demo.md.it-finance.com cant handle my request at the moment”
See the attached screenshot (on swedish, but the translation is above).
Brave browser (also tried Chrome with the same result)
I am realy new to PRT, only got one day on it while it worked… so, yeah 😉

It seems to be fixed now, was a issue between IG/PRT

Ehh … ehhh … ehh …

It just changed !!!
So I can’t show you any more.
BUT
see below.
Am I the first ? possibly. I threw myself at the lions this morning and told it was fine to be a Guinee Pig. I was not notified about anything, but it is there.
Oops.
So now I am on V12 in Live.

I just got ERROR 500 several times on Demo when trying to backtest an Algo.
It was intermittent … sometimes it would give Error 500 and then – after me doing nothing – the Algo would run okay with no error.
