As I said, today I wanted to check my algos on ProOrder AutoTrading (“The incubator”), and all algos was (spontaneously) deleting !
Of course I haven’t deleted any and didn’t change nothing
Did it happen to one of you as well ??? Please be careful and save all your algos

Ps: Of course I save many of them, but not all beacause sometimes it’s only some small change in the code.

After checking, all algos was “In pause”
It will need some time to recheck all, but it could be ok …
All algos was automatically stopped because of an external event…

I find where was the bug
PRT (spontaneously) set my portfolio to Zero ! Why, I don’t know
So, all algos stopped
I create a new (demo) portfolio as requested by the plateform, but lose all my statistics 🙁

With your 500 contract position size on your donkeys, I imagine you could soon run down a £million … esp after the drops yesterday?
GraHal’s suggestion is a possibility. I once had most of my demo strategies stop one by one due to a massive market fall that left me lacking margin due to the small size of my demo balance. I had set up email messaging when strategies stopped and so knew very quickly that something was happening.
It was a true life lesson in how lack of capital and lack of diversification in both instruments and strategy styles can lead to a very quick wipe out of your account. Add in massive position size and it is a one way road to the poor house.
Same messages for all strategies? If this is a demo account, are a without a Premium account, I don’t feel IG will escalade any of your request to PRT!
It happens monday at the end of the day. All system stopped and return in Pause. My account wasn’t crash

And now (PRT 11.1 demo account) with the new portfolio with 100 000 euros I can’t start any strategy even with 1, 3, 5 contracts…
I contact the PRT support by phone. Actually they don’t now where was the problem. I will come back when I have an answer from PRT support if it can help some of you

Could it be something to do with your demo strategies the maximum date you have allowed them to run for?
I have extended the time limit on mine to the maximum allowed just in case.
