Prorealtime not loading historical data

Goodday. I am having a problem with proreal time. on opening the platform the screen is blank and there is a message that no historical data has been loaded for the instrument. What could be the problem i am having and how can i resolve it? I have tried restarting the platform as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the software to no avail.

Is that still the case for regular other timeframes like 1-hour or 15-minutes?
