ProOrder Error Server.strategy.price.bid.ask.delay.error

    Good Day

    I started running a strategy live on Friday, but it stopped running this morning with the error:

    Server.strategy.price.bid.ask.delay.error

    Has anyone else encountered this before?

    I have sent a mail to IG support asking for clarification and will post their answer here once received.

    I’m just so tired of their s*%t, it feels as if their is always some platform/server issue hindering my systems from running smoothly.

    So got the typical reply from IG yesterday requesting me to submit a Technical Report via PRT.

    Clearly the error is linked to a server price delay and now they want to make it out as if it is my code.

    Very frustrating!

    This error I haven’t experienced so far. Anyway when I got a strange error (happened not only once) I wrote to PRT directly via the platform and got usually a reply. It happened though that the replied the error was cause by IG. 🙂

    I think PRT is the first you should address when you get a platform error.
