Problem with coding tradeing days

I am in Australia I have an algo that I only want to trade at market open on the last trading day of the month The problem arises due to daylight saving shift between UK and AUS eg the 31st Oct does not occur until 11AM AEST which is 1 hour after market open . How can I get around this

You may try using the last hour of October 30th.
