  Hello,

  The conditions for opening positions may not be met, depending on the code.
  If you want to check this, you can send ProRealTime a technical report by following these instructions:

  • As soon as you encounter the issue, go to the “Help” menu on the ProRealTime toolbar.
  • Click on “Technical support”
  • Select “Code”
  • In the “Concerned code” field, enter the name of the code related to your problem.
  • Give as many details as possible: instrument, time frame, date and time where you think the system should have sent an order as the conditions were met, for example
  • Click “Send report”

  This will allow ProRealTime to run a diagnostic analysis of the issue.

  What position size are you using?

  Demo Accounts need position size >= 1 whereas Live Accounts will run on pos size = 0.2 for DJI (for example).
