Problem with auto trading using IG and PRT

  Last couple of days ive had problems:

  Problem 1: All of my systems stopped and have now just vanished, together with historic performance, all stopped systems are gone, all active systems are just gone.

  Problem 2: On most charts/instruments it says “Automatic trading is not authorized for this instrument” when trying to start an algo.

  It’s a complete mess, every day alerts and trading systems disappear or suddenly stop working and all pro-order autotrading orders are entered twice.
