Plot the Opening Range

  Hi

  Could somebody please help with the creation of the following indicator.

  Plot the Opening Range -for the first half hour. Parameters necessary for calculating the indicator: Open- 083000. The indicator must plot the high and Low of the 30 min period, and the actual Open. Must be able to be displayed on either 5 min or 10 min chart.
