After installing the update for optimizing ProRealTime for the Apple chip, ProRealTime does not want to close. Nothing happens when I want to close the platform.
It has been reported by another user, will get infos and let you know.
Could you please send a tech report at the moment you can’t exit the platform please? It will speed up the issue resolve. Many thanks.

I wanted to send a technical report, but the option “Technical support” is not present in the “Help” tab in the main menu of the PRT platform…?
It’s still there in my Platform … Help > Help Centre > (bottom Option) –
I’m having a Technical Problem.
