My chart keep moving automatically towards left

  Hi, i would like to check anybody encounter this issues with the new V11? my previous version doesnt have this issue. As long i clicked onto the chart, the price will automatically move towards the right, moving towards history data. even i click it. it hold but once i release, it moved again until the last history data available. I cant able to draw any thing on the charts, it just keep moving. I didnt have this issue on my previous version. I used IG broker to log into prorealtime. anybody can help?>

  I have been getting somethng very similar when I try to draw an Alert Line … price goes to the right and my cursor goes to the left. Seems to be more after I have done nothing on my Platform for a while.

  I’m a bit vague because I did not lock in my memory the conditions under which the Issue occcurs.

  I will take more note next time and report back.

  In the meantime you try clicking on the button at the red arrowhead on attached before you try and draw an object.

  I just tried my own suggestion above and it works … cursor was moving left and price moving right so I clicked the button as shown in the screen shot above and no auto-movement on the cursor or price etc.
