All my system based on DAX disappeared.
I think that if PRT doesn’t solve this mess before tomorrow I will close my account with them and I’ll switch back to MT4
Yes I’m surprised at no communication, I usually do prep work for an hour or two on a Sunday, but not today.
Bbearing in mind the FTSE 100 also seemed to go walkies.. surely that would affect a few people as well…

FYI, someone reported that things are ‘normal’ with PRT 10.2. Can someone confirm?
Depends what you mean ‘working normally’. Yes the DAX is there, but many of my indicators are showing error messages and some grapghs not displaying properly.
I hope to heck they get the later version sorted, as obviously coding done on 10.3 is struggling in 10.2

Because graphical instructions were not available in that version. They came with v10.3.
Jesus, I hadn’t logged in the whole weekend but when I did so now… Many assets have disappeared completely, not only the Dax. For example chicago wheat is gone and I even have an open position in this. When I look at my IG app on my mobile I have 4 open positions, when I log into PRT I have only 2. Scary shit. I hope the fix this so it is working tomorrow. :-S
On version 10.2, my auto trading systems are still running and showing correct results. So I think, they are really running and will continue trading tomorrow, so it is only a display problem ?
One worry is that if anyone has exited their platform and saved their template then this is what PRT will reload next time you load the platform i.e. with all the missing running strategies.
Luckily today I have very little new work so I have just exported what I have coded today and closed the platform without saving. I would suggest that others do the same just in case.

Saving a template doesn’t change anything with running strategies. They can only be started or deleted in the auto trading window, I think. You can also start a new strategy and exit without saving, and the strategy will still be running.
DAX is showing in my listings again now!
One more System is showing (than this morning) in the running / not running window, but I am still missing a further 97 Systems on my Live account. I know I had 100 as each time I wanted to add a new one yesterday I had to delete an old one as the max is 100 … even non-running!

PS Looks like all my Systems are back in place on my CFD and SB Demo accounts … so seems PRT are getting there! Phew!
Good job PRT, getting us back in business.. however a bit of communication yesterday would have helped!
