Are you getting the same … Loads TS’s Stopped ‘Due to an Error’ … see attached.

Then after starting them again, they get stopped again!

Now I even have problems opening the algos in chart. What shoud that? Can’t you send a warning by email if you are tinkering with the platform?

In excess of 40 Systems Stopped overnight on Demo, but what is worse is that I can’t start them again as they are all shown as STOPPING! 🙁

Anybody else the same??

Nothing stopped over here on Live (no Demo active).
I just noticed that starting the PRT-IG platform abended the first two times – the first time accompanied by all screens going black. Odd.

All Stopping got Stopped at about 7:30 UK time … early riser IG Techies must have thought … wtf happened here!? 😉

But seems it may have been my Systems Stopped anyway??

In reality, some work fine for me, others continue to crash every time they open a position, while others open and close operations for no reason, the backtest does not take place.

Then there are other algorithms that should open trades, but in demo they do nothing.

I’ve found, often that is due to using a position size that < minimum on Demo.

For example …

On UK SB Live, DJI min >= 0.2 contracts.

On UK SB Demo, DJI min >= 1 contracts.

Unfortunately, as sometimes happens, the DEMO is a disaster, or they block immediately and you don’t even have the possibility to reactivate them, or they open and do not stop or target.
Let’s hope that they will be able to restore it before this evening, provided they are aware.

Of 25 systems on demo, 10 were stopped. The others are running smoothly so far. But I haven’t figured out why the systems stopped yet. The way they all work is very similar.

Lots, but not all, of mine gave error as ‘broker could not determine status of last order’ .

The best is yet to come, the systems are stopped but all associated positions are still open. Without SL!!! How is that possible?!
