Live operations with wrong size

    Hi all,

    Recently several of my systems in live opened with much more size than they should, up to the double. I have +40 systems in live and the positionsize can change becatheuse of different parameters included past results, so I didn´t notice this oversize until it has happened multiple times in different systems.

    I stopped all my systems and I wrote a ticket. After several mails their summary answer: “Sorry, it was a bug, it won´t happen again” No explanations about what kind of error.

    I am telling this to pay attention in case it happen also to  you because I didn´t expected something like this and it took me a while to realize. Anyone else has experienced something similar?

    Hi Grahal,

    Unfortunately I lost money overall with this bug.  I asked to be compensated for this extra-loss but with my past experience with PRT support I am not very confident about that

    Have you been compensated ever?

    No I have never been compensated, but I recall one guy off here getting a goodwill payment not too long ago.

    But that was an error of the broker (all systems closed on Dec 31 or thereabouts). This merely looks like a PRT bug ?

    Also, this now looks like the bug of the past two or three weeks where Shorts could happen in Strategies only doing Longs (etc.).

    Hi,

    Just to tell that  I´ve been compensated for the money I lost with the bug I refered in this topic. It took some time and quite a lot mails but for my surprise the money finally arrived

    As usually I don´t speak very well from PRT support  I consider fair to tell also about the good things.
