Vorrei costruire un sistema da back testare che entri a mercato ad una certa ora (open 14:00 es) se è verificata una condizione. solo in quel momento e per un solo trade giornaliero. come posso fare?

IF Time = 140000 AND MieCondizioniLong THEN BUY 1 Contract at Market ENDIF

ovviamente deve esserci una candela che chiude/apre alle 14:00, quindi, ad esempio, non puoi usare il timeframe a 4 ore, né il Giornaliero.
