Indicator error

    I am IG PRT user and want found out the reasons behind why some indicator I download from this forum can’t work. (Screencap attached.)

    Not work example: Kuskus Starlight , DSS Bressert Scalper Improved, Laguerre ROC (Rate Of Change)

    Work example: Stochastic RSI, Volatility Cycle

    I don’t read Chinese, so it’s quite difficult to know what is precisely the error here… You uploaded the same screenshot twice. I don’t see any syntax or particular error in the indicator code you mention. Did you try to launch a debug console with PRT already?

    Hi Nicolas

    Sorry, I can’t find any button switch to English.

    Pop up window contain two message, one at left center mean indicator error. one at left upper corner mean calculation.

    I can’t find debug console in user manual, how can I use this function?

    You can launch the debug help console with CTRL+M.

    My PRT help menu not contain technical support…is this the issue of the version? Mine is 10.1.

    Hi Nicolas

    Just want to update you.

    I contacted IG helpdesk and feedback my issue to them, but no reply. (over one week)

    I also apply another IG account via Prorealtime which is English version, every indicator work perfect!
