Import ITF Drag and Drop No Longer Works?

  My drag and drop import of ITF files no longer works? I tried two different files neither can be dropped — nothing happens?

  I was trying to import this file: https://www.prorealcode.com/prorealtime-indicators/td-sequential-setup/

  Where did you drag to … direct into PRT or a folder on PC?

  I have always download direct into my PRT Downloads folder on my PC.

  I clicked on Import and dragged to that normal window that pops up. Now though, the file just bounces off the import pop window?
