Hi Jack,
This is standard procedure and IG tells me that this is what ProRealTime themselves want – disable the Demo account after “a while” (could be a month).
Just call IG and they will re-enable it for you on the spot.Regards,

When you find the latest occurrence of your access to the platform, click that complete url line and it should still open so you can save your data and export it to a zip file (from the help menu).
I happened a couple of years ago and it worked.

It is every 2 months. If you trade regular it doesn’t happen.
Email IG and ask for Demo to be enabled again.
You will need funds on your Real Account associated with the Demo Account that you want enabling again

I tried Mr. <span class=”bbp-author-name”>robertogozzi</span>‘s method, but it not work.
My real live account is more than £30 funds but I didn’t active real account PRT before.
