Twice i didnt get filled, but price went above my target?
Can i complain to IG about this?
Please see photos…
In photo 2 my limit is clearly 24 714,9 and price traded above 715, 2 times!
Trade closed out with 70€ profits lol, i should have had double that!

05/31/2018 at 9:46 AM #71838So first response back from IG: “Youre looking at the “mid price”, you need to look at the “buy price, right click in chart and choose “buy price” and u will see that it didnt reach ur target”
But i switched to buy price in chart and it showed 716,2!! Meaning even higher then the 715,4 that im bitching about lol. I sent screenshot back now… lets see what they say…
05/31/2018 at 11:43 AM #7185205/31/2018 at 2:25 PM #71865It can sometimes look like it but the reason is that PRT shows the midprice. So the price you would need at least for a fill is the shown midprice plus half the spread.
Then PRT seems to have a hard time to calculate the midprice but this is another problem. 🙂
