How to change colors of buy/sell icons in backtesting?

    Hi

    Does anyone know how to change the back testing icon colors for buying long/short arrows and selling X ?

    Attaching a picture.

    I don’t know if this is what your after but,…

    If you run your back test, the equity and position indicator frames usually appear in the chart above the price frame.

    Left click on the Equity frame label, top left corner, and choose ‘Configure’ from pulldown list.

    That brings up the settings for that back test, with option to change colours.

    Further, towards the top left ‘Indicators’ is highlighted, selecting the adjacent ‘Chart’ box, and then ‘Icon on price’ allows other settings to be changed.

    Additionally, if you have several back tests or recent orders and a clash of same colours, you can pull down the ‘Icon’s on price’ pulldown menu.

    Left click the square icon, just after ‘Price’ label on the price frame, Each source of orders are listed with option to selectively turn each on or off, if not required or to differentiate between then.

    Global settings, can be accessed from [MainMenu][Settings][Platform Settings][Colors & Effects][General][Trading], these mainly affect the recent order colours.

    @druby Thanks for the reply.

     

    I figured it out by your answers. As it turned out the colors for buy/sell icons in backtesting on the price chart are using the colors for the Equity curve 🙂
