Heiking-Ashi on range candles

    Hello,

    does anyone know how to program Heiking-Ashi on range candles or Heiking-Ashi Renko Candles?

    Hello Nicolas,

    tank you for the reply. I tried the indicator which worked (even though I was only able to make it work on my demo account, which apparently runs on a newer version of Prorealtime) but I realized that I am looking for an indicator that only tracks price, not volume. Do you know if it is possible to program/download a Heiken-Ashi on Renko Candles? That would fill my needs perfectly.

     

    Do you know if it is possible to do MACD on Renko candles?

    Range bars don’t use Volumes. Did you try the same heikin ashi indicator the renko chart? It should work the same 🙂

    MACD do not work on renko candlesticks I’m sorry.. Adding indicators on renko bricks is a definitely must have and I hope it will be soon possible!! I don’t know how much time people have asked about it here 🙂

    Hello again Nicolas,

    when I try the code again I just get the usual Heikin-Ashi bars (last time I tried I got bars of different width which I though was due to volume). It still works on a time dimension but I want it to work on a fixed price (pips) dimension independent of time. Ideally I would like Heikin-Ashi bars to smooth Renkobar movements. Do you have any advises?
