get Instrument Name

  Hi,

  Like GetTimeFrame, Is there something closest to Get Instrument/Chart Name? I want to have different stop loss/take profit and similar settings for different instruments based on the value of “Get Instrument/Chart Name”.

  Is there any workaround?

  BTW, this feature should be there and is so handy like it is in TradingView.

  No, there is no such a function, mainly due to the missing string support (I assume).
  Actually for strategies you know what instrument or asset you are trading, because when you start your strategy in autotrading, it will operate on the instrument/asset and timeframe that is on the chart at that time, so you can tailor some data accordingly before starting it.

  Indeed variables with string support is not planned as it would involved a lot of change in the way variables are handled.
