I’m starting to slowly move into forex trading, I think I’ll trade mainly this list, what do you think ?

These are the main common trading pairs. May I ask what are your reasons for trading Forex?
big market and very high liquidity (I think), logically difficult to manipulate, no gap (only the weekend), it’s a fight between 2 currencies so the market is a bit limited especially for the big currency pairs, and for me I can be Long and Short in this market, I don’t like the idea of Short Indice and Stoks, I find it unnatural and sometimes even very dangerous
that is what I’m thinking about Forex Today, maybe Next year I will change my mind 😅
May I ask what do you think about my answer and Forex ?
I used to trade a lot of EurUsd. Manually, I still had the time to do it. Then I tried to code bots that work on forex. But then I found that Index only Long is much easier… I found it difficult to find a good system on Forex. But my programming skills and understanding of the markets were also lower then than they are today. Haven’t tried anything on forex in a long time. But maybe I should try again? Anyone here who trades a lot of Forex? I would also be interested to know if this can work automatically.

Did you try any of the many Algos in the Library for FOREX?

Not yet, I’m trying to look at simple strategies, my goal is also to get back to programming with ProOrder and I have many gaps in programming
I would be curious to try a simple strategy that flips a coin once an hour for a Long or a Short with a minimum of calculated risk and if the position goes in the right direction then we let the trade run at the maximum, of course the overnight fees and other fees must allow it
Problem also that I notice, at least for me, I don’t know for you, but it’s that we learn so many things on the Internet and in books and that we all think in the same way, I think we should try to find different ways of thinking but unfortunately for me it’s not easy, especially when we don’t earn any money yet, because we’re still in the research 😅
For example on the placement of stop loss in general everyone will place at this place below the last low or the last high, I call it : Sheep Strop Loss “SSL”, they just wait to be sheared by the big hands 😅
Small nod to Forex and the number 13, with all the technology of airplanes and well there are still airlines that do not want a seat number 13 because they are superstitious, bravo to science,

The Library on here is a cornucopia of useful ideas to build on … while helping others, I find strategies that I try out, so win-win both sides! 🙂
