During programming I’ve realised that the DHigh & DLow values aren’t the same as the High & Low of a Daily candle.

I’m presuming this is because they assume the beginning of the day is at a different time zone e.g. the candle timezone being GMT and the DHIGH/DLOW time zone being GMT+1.

Does anybody know what time zone the DHigh & DLow are as I would like to synchronise the timezone with that of the candle?
