    I am very pleased that two of the Leo NN Systems closed with very good profit! 🙂

    But I am dismayed to see that the trades do not show up on the Detailed Report for all my Systems! 🙁

    I have closed my Platform and opened it again … screen shots are after close / reopen!

    Am I missing something??

    Still same today!

    Yesterday’s two > £400 gain Trades are not even showing on the Detailed Report for all Systems!

    Surely it can’t be to do the Max No of Trades etc … see screen shot.

    Do they appear in the “automatic trading” list? or not at all anywhere?

    Do the performance of the system in ProOrder correctly calculated? (with the orders you mentioned).

    No the two trades > 400 do not appear under Automatic Trading … see screen shot.

    The two trades > 400 profit appear in the Detailed Report under Performance for each respective System (see screen shots in the OP) .

    The overall Performance (includes the two trades > 400) of my Demo Platform is correct when I look at my IG Dashboard.

    I have raised a Technical Report / Console and referred IG / PRT to read this Topic.

    I reckon there’s a good chance the Max Number of Trades = 1500 has stalled and old trades are not rolling off / deleted as new trades are added to the All Systems / Account Detailed Report.

    No it’s not the Max Order Limit as I just did a test of two manual trades and they show up in the  All Systems / Account Detailed Report.

    Unless Max Limit has stalled / not deleting for Auto-trades only?

    Please anybody … are you / have you experienced this Issue before …  closed Auto-Trades not logging in your All Systems / Account Detailed Report??  Did you find out why??

    Yes it is an IG Account.

    A Leo NN Trade is showing for today in my All Systems / Account Detailed Report?? See attached.

    But the 3 Leo NN Trades yesterday (2 gainers and 1 loser) do not show in the All Systems / Account Detailed Report??  See attached Orders List

    Let’s wait for PRT official support to ask questions or investigate. In the meantime I propose you send a report with the Help Center button (add a link to this thread too..).

    The Account Detailed Report (for all Systems) is still not logging all Trades!

    Strangely it is big winners that do NOT get logged, small winners and losers DO get logged!!

    Detailed Report is not that useful a tool anyway (in it’s present form) so I’ll pretend it’s not there! 🙁

    I just get some news about this, from PRT. They have apparently already answered IG about this, but it seems like you did not have the information ..

    For a trade to be visible in weekly view it must be open and closed during the current week.

    A trade opened the previous week and closed in the current week will not be present in weekly view.

    So, that’s the reason why you don’t see some of the orders you were mentioning.

    In my original post I provided screen shots on Daily View (not Weekly View).

    But I guess the same logic must apply … Trades must be opened today and closed today to appear in the All Systems Detailed Report List for Today?

    In my opinion this makes the All Systems Detailed Report more useless than I already thought it was?

    Reason I say this is I want an easy way to know day by day how much profit (or loss) I make each day (and ideally which System made or lost).

    (If I have to use the Orders List then I have to add / subtract each executed Order to get a running Total).

    Seems a reasonable expectation of a Trading Platform?

    I look at My IG for this info as it shows all closed trades in date/time order as well as overnight fees. Obviously I still have no idea which strategy did what trades!

    The same logic applied for daily, monthly and annually. FYI, I proposed to change this behavior to PRT and they agreed that it should be done.
