Anybody else got this … not able to login to PRT on 22 Oct 22, no dropdown visible for DEMO PRT … my Live Account works fine.

If this means we are getting v12 over this weekend … BRING IT ON!! 😉

Unfortunately the Demo platform is not yet re-established in prorealtime, how do you access the demo from Prt?

IG always officially tells : the Demo access to PRT is temporary because PRT herself does not want to let you work in Demo forever. However, when you call IG support they will re-grant you access to Demo on the spot (I had that done once).
IG also told me that access to Demo will last “a month or so”, but at least for me this time it lasted for 6 months.

To be honest I think something else is the matter;
If someone calls IG I think it is best to tell that Demo seems to be unavailable since yesterday to everyone (be that the complete truth or not).

Paolo, same here.
But I think you don’t need to worry because when Demo is re-established, all PRT data/settings will be there again.

IG Status Page is showing Demo Accounts and PRT Accounts both Operational!!??

Maybe that is just about the IG Demo account ? (which exists, right ? – it contains the same portfolio as the PRT Demo “account”)

Probably Peter and it does seem too much of a concidence that me, you, Roberto md Paolo to all be ‘out of time’ re Demo Accounts??

If we don’t trade on the related Live Account for 2 months then the Demo Account become ‘Login disabled’ … until we phone or email to ask to be enabled again. We do need a funded Live Account (even if not trading) to have Demo enabled again.

Haha, not entirely correct (I hope I understand you correctly !)

As we know the Stats are limited to ~1500 trades. I guess showing this from August shows about the same (this is Live up to last Friday).
IOW, no, it is not that. 🙂

No Access, Prorealtime demo cannot be opened.
I called support and was told that they have noticed the problem and are working on it.
But it doesn’t work for now.
