1/ you are an IG customer. If you were a PRT customer (PRT software account), I believe things could be faster.
2/ because I’m not a PRT or IG employee, I’m not your official support 🙂
3/ I think it is about your last issue (from what I heard and understood).
4/ because support follows the ordinary support procedure while I got many phone numbers in my phone.
1.) I have this PRT account “sponsored by IG”. I wasn’t aware that there is a third possibility to sign up.
2.) I’m aware that you are not my official support but since you seem to have good relations to PRT I thought it would be OK to ask for your help/opinion since I feel pretty lost when dealing with PRT.
Ok, then I will continue waiting. I send today another email. Maybe I’m lucky and get a reply this time.
