Crosshair Cursor not visible when drawing – maybe it’s me .. :)

Hello All, Not sure if this is a me thing but I could’ve sworn that when I used to draw with say a ‘Ruler’, the Crosshair that I have selected as my default cursor, would remain visible. So when drawing a Ruler off in the distance the Crosshair (and it’s price) would allow for complete accuracy first up. Only the first point selected remains visible from the initial click, once you move off and move towards the intended point the Crosshair is no longer visible and you’re left guessing where it might land. Once drawn and then moved about the Crosshair remains visible and allows a clean up but I could’ve sworn it was always a thing (visibility). I could be my covid brain but it’s doing my head in a little… 🙂 Also happens with other drawn items as well, horizontal line for example. Apologies if this has already been discussed elsewhere. Appreciate the feedback.

Oh dear!

This looks to have been operator error all along … 🙁

Seems when we anchor and proceed to draw we can ‘release’ the left button and the entire cross remains visible (hand too) through the whole drawing process, beit whatever we draw.

Bit of a twit sensation coming on here atmo lol.

Graham, I think you had it mate but couldn’t convince me to ‘get it right’ ….. lol ….. this came while buying some travel insurance for my partner and daughters last week and then proceeding to screw up partners DOB. Had a please explain session today!

Just putting this up to confirm PEBKAC …. 😐
