Can’t autotrade – account is not an international account

    Hi there,

    Recently I open IG account and would like to use autotrade but IG PRT platform can’t use autotrade becuase I’m not a international account. Does anyone meet this problem and any solutions?

    I’m not sure of the problem.. did you ask IG why your account is not eligible for automatic trading? If your broker doesn’t allow you this feature because of your account settings, I don’t think that there is any possibility to get it done under the platform itself.

    It look like you have opened a Domestic Account or you have funded ONLY your Domestic Account?

    I’m from Taiwan in Asia, it seems like I applied a domestic account so I can’t use the autorade, right? Any solutions for that?!

    Can you trade Asian Markets or even just Taiwan Markets?

    Open another IG Account, but make sure it is an International Account this time.  Open this Account with a different email address than you used for the Domestic Account.

    When you have the International Account all working then close the Domestic Account.
