I cannot launch the product in the last two days. The site is also running very slowly and the pings fail in due time.
I reinstalled few times, no help. I run no virus scanners, nor any firewall. I have no problems with other applications or sites.
I am located in Australia. Does anyone have or had such issues?
How do I debug this?

Mariusz, I don’t know why nobody responds to this (see quote), but if I ping that address I get timeouts just the same while PRT happily runs on my desktop. So at least *that* is not the way to approach your issues.
