Can not log into Prorealtime

    Is Prorealtime 12 Complete Version  down today October 5th 2023? Can not log in at all. Reinstalled  software several times, reinstalled browser, nothing is working. I am in United States, it is 5 pm New York time.

    I was just kicked out (20 minutes ago) and can’t log in again with the message you see below, meaning : “your session has been aborted because you started a new session of the platform”.

    Mind you, for me this is about the IB version / accounts I have. Ig I just could (re-)start.

    This all happens since I saw something odd happening like being detached from the broker. So I was running the platform in all accounts, but restarted all. The IB accounts now won’t restart with the message below. IG seems to be OK.
    IB herself (TWS) is just up and running.

    Mary, I don’t see this as the same issue you have (merely something local), but mention it anyway because it is something I have never seen.

    Yes still can not log in still, been trying for about 2 hours.  Keep getting timed out, no way to get charts to open up for Complete 12  Version.  Also getting the same message: “your session has been aborted because you started a new session of the platform”. I have nothing opened, so I know I don’t have any session opened. Never seen this before! We DO HAVE the same problem!

    I hope they see this message and fix it. I also emailed support, so far no response.

    Just spoke with another trader 50 states away, he also can not log in  with his user and password.  He also is getting “your session has been aborted because you started a new session of the platform”., and or timing out.

    Hi, prorealtime.com is inacessible for me, error 504, the problem seems to came from PRT side.

    any official canal to be aware of downtime or server status ?

    For me it is working again (both V11.1 and V12).

    Also prorealtime.com website is not loading up. I tried several different browsers, its not working at all. Just keeps timing out.
