FYI, there was an incident yesterday at IG that impacted trading (manual and automatic) on the two environments (live and demo) between around 2.30 p.m. and 9 p.m. (French time).

Last night I placed a manual order on a real account and it remains in gray,
I canceled it and it remains on screen.
The bot put a trade and refused the same message as you.
10 minutes ago I wanted to do a back test and impossible
Connection in green but the rest in time of the candle in gray

Yes I have also had similar odd things happening in the last few days … in addition to the unknown status message I posted above.

And now he’s pedaling to fix this stupidity.
I had 5 instances overnight (on Demo CFD Plaform) of Systems stopped due to ‘Could not Confirm Status of Last Order’.
Doubly annoying thing is there is not a Reject / Stop listed in the Rejected/ Cancelled Tab in the Order List … so I can’t see if they all happened close to each other timewise.
Anybody get the ‘Status Error’ on Live?
I happened on my demo, as well.
I’m afraid it’s the same old story about IG’s demo issues.
For the record, since Friday … 4 Systems stopped for the Status error, 2 for division by zero error and 1 for another order being placed at same time.
IG were doing maintenance work Friday night so I guess that may have contributed to the stoppages?
