good greeting I work on a demo account When you turn on the automatic system It is running, but there are no trades or open positions I tried several strategies and the same result What is the solution Thanks

Hello,

The conditions for opening positions may not be met, depending on the code.
If you want to check this, you can send ProRealTime a technical report by following these instructions:
- As soon as you encounter the issue, go to the “Help” menu on the ProRealTime toolbar.
- Click on “Technical support”
- Select “Code”
- In the “Concerned code” field, enter the name of the code related to your problem.
- Give as many details as possible: instrument, time frame, date and time where you think the system should have sent an order as the conditions were met, for example
- Click “Send report”
This will allow ProRealTime to run a diagnostic analysis of the issue.

What position size are you using?

Demo Accounts need position size >= 1 whereas Live Accounts will run on pos size = 0.2 for DJI (for example).
