Annoying sound without anything activated?

    Hello,

    I have everything unchecked in Prorealtime “Notifications and Sounds” except for Alerts on Graphics but there is an annoying sound (like a thunderbolt) that has no relation with any Alert I have on the graphics. It is unrelated and I don´t know where it is comming from. Any possible idea? It is doing this sound like several times in 1 hour. I don´t know why.

    Have you checked Main Menu > Display > Alert Status to see if you have an Alert from way back that has not been deleted etc?

    I have several alerts activated but the sound I am getting is different from the sounds of the alerts. Does the Proscreener make a sound if I have it opened on Prorealtime? If yes, how can I deactivate the sounds in the Proscreener?

    Hello, in “notifications and sounds”, perhaps you have unchecked only items from the first “general” tab, not the 2nd tab “trading” next to “general”? (orders executions and status changes…)

    Yes it’s the screener each time it runs … it is a weird sound as you describe.

    Put Screener in the Settings search box and you will see it … you can turn it off.
