    Hello guys,

I just wanted to know if you also experienced some wrong charts on PRT. I just looked at IP (International Paper) and saw that the chart on ProRealTime is completely wrong. Every other chart (TradingView, Barchart, Yahoo Finance, etc.) is different. I noticed that coincidentally because  there was a huge gap on the PRT chart from Sep 30 to Oct 01 and that gap is only on the PRT chart. Then I noticed that all highs and lows are totally wrong.

I can’t imagine that a professional software like PRT offers such wrong charts. Even if I activate/deactivate dividends in the chart the chart is still wrong.

    Any ideas?

Advise PRT on their Contact form on the link below

    https://www.prorealtime.com/en/contact?

If your broker is IG then IG provide the data to power the Charts, but let us know how you get on please.

I use the free version of PRT without any broker. So the EOD data is provided by PRT.
I noticed different charts sometimes in the past but I thought the problems could occur because of the dividends. But on IP the differences to other charts are really huge.
