I tried to perform an optimization and normally I look at the results in the 2D graph, while the optimization showed a certain progress (%) NOTHING appeared in the 2D graph (also not in the 3D graph).

Hmm, you’re right. That gives you nothing else to do than make more coffee. I think you should make a Technical Report of this and tell that something is wrong with this since the version of May 13 (previous was April 1 or so, and this May 13 is live since I think 2-3 days).

I get same as you two … nothing shows for me in 2D or 3D.

Wait wait wait … The issue is not really as JS described it …  It is not only lacking during the process – it’s gone all together !

Usually there is nothing to see but sometimes, towards the end of the optimization, suddenly there is data only then the parameters do not match the setting.
For example, set to “period (x) and profit (Y)” but then you see completely different things appear.

Still nothing to see in the 2D and 3D window.

I don’t understand why this hasn’t been resolved yet when it’s a very important part of PRT.

@JS, I think I do; The other day I made a Technical Report from within PRT-IG. I heard nothing about it. So I called, but I called my own local support. Their response : a T.R. from with PRT-IG goes to IG, not to PRT. They have to deal with it. Aha. But did you make any form of reporting of this one ? Putting anything in this board really is not gong to help a thing (that I ever noticed). And you can see the PRT guys looking at it.

That is always the problem when more parties are involved, they always point to each other. This is a PRT problem (no IG) the numbers are in the table but are not visible in the 2D and 3D graph.

So, I think it’s useless to make a technical report when PRT and IG keep pointing fingers at each other.

It is not really that. It is a formality; when you are an IG customer, IG has to deal with it. But IG deals with nothing much. I was helped (on Monday) with the Mouse-hover issue, in the sense that my complaint (which was GraHal’s) was sent through to PRT. But, “as an exception” because I am actually a PRT customer. But from IG I still heard nothing-nada-whatsoever. Btw, no illusions, even if matters arrive at PRT 2nd line support, things won’t be solved easily. One thing I noticed though : when they made a mistake (like in this case) and it is noticed soon (like in this case) they tend to solve things.
