Hi all, is there a list of indicators that can be used in prorealcode and indicators that can not? Unfortunately i cannot code up Coppock and RSI, what a bummer.

RSI is selectable as an Indicator under Fx when you are in the Algo coding screen, but is that not what you mean?

Hi Pleidian,
well you can visit the library of this website where you will find the code for many indicators. Or you can also visit the indicator library from prorealtime.
Otherwise the “standard” indicators can easily be integrated in your code inside the programming window. This is the most comfortable way since you do not have to add the whole code of the indicator. Also, Prorealtime claims that your code will be processed faster since all of the standard indicators are being calculated for fast access on the Prorealtime servers.

I tried ‘code new Indicator’ and ‘code new Algo’ and I cant even see Coppock as an option to add so I don’t understand what you’re trying to do.
If you can explain more and maybe also include a screen shot then we may be able to help?

Can’t do screen shot, the screen greys up, and when i try a screen shot it does not capture the text box. It comes up with a box saying ” The indicator you have selected is not available on Probuilder language. Please choose a different indicator”
Yes I’ve had that a few times, so we just have to move on and try another way. If you are clever enough re coding you may be able to code your own Indicator?
Ha … Coppock has already been done for us all by our Kind Master Nicolas. Enter your desired Indicator in the search box at the top of this screen and you may find more that you need.

@P how do you know I use Incredible Charts? Not used for long time since I got PRT. Only ever had daily data, may end my subscription. Thought they were the best around at the time. Second thoughts … think I’ll review them after you prompted me! 🙂
