What happened to the Price, Open, High, Low etc in Assisted Creation

    Hi, I went to assisted creation in the Demo (same issue in live a/c) and when I used a RSI there was no way to select if  other variables are > the RSI? The open? All the other variables that you could choose from are all missing? Please see screenshot. Thanks

    Just an instant thought Bard … don’t you need Price as an Indicator also then you will get  Price, Open, High, Low etc?

    I have definite bugs on this platform Grahal, the assisted creation drop downs (for already existing strategies) are now greyed out, I have no functionality. I have no choice in the drop downs only the parameters of the indicator. I can’t even program a simple if Price > Mov Ave 100 anymore. #Disaster… I’ll email IG again…

    I guess you tried exiting (without saving maybe?) and then open the Platform again? Also exit your browser, even exit your PC!!!! hahaha

    Best advice yet @Grahal: “exit you PC!!!!” (Macbook) haha.

    I wish I could. Because I find software updates are always a hassle I generally wait about 6m to a yr, then update. It didn’t help though when I “upgraded” to Mac OS Sierra this weekend. It completely slowed my Macbook down and a reinstallation of Sierra then failed twice. Going back to the previous OS 10.9 Mavericks produced a grey screen! So for the last 3 days I’ve been dealing with this and having such a fun time.

    Imagine my “excitement” at the prospect of then having to deal with the PRT platform issues when I get this Macbook purring again. Remind me again why we are all slaves to technology? ha ha ha. (IG Index told me v10.3 does seem to be causing issues for Mac users)
