Wall st – so limited data? Just me?

    On wall st (dow jones) on anything lower than Daily i only get data from 2020 -> today.


    Is it only me? (i have premium and i have always seen like 2006 or 2007 -> today before, im pretty sure

    Something weird going on there, you sure you set from ‘earliest data to latest data’ (and not a date limit to 2020??).


    Attached is what I see on 1 Hour TF … back to Jan 2012.

    I have the same. Only to 2020. With IG. It worked before all the IG issues previous year.

    Yea i have settings on 200K bars (also tried 1 million) and i cant see past 2020… € or $ dosnt matter.. :/

    I am on my CFD Account so I did a ss for you … as you can see on H1 TF I get back to 2012 on 200K bars.


    We must be missing something here … are we all looking at the same Instrument.

    Also are you guys referring to Live Account of Demo Account … can’t see why it would be any different, but just so we are comparing like with like etc?

    Also I am on the IG provided PRT Platform and it is the ‘Complete Version’ (as they call it).

    I was in my Live Account, so attached is a ss for H1 over 200K bars on DJI … data goes back to June 2006.

    tried both these wall st markets, the 1h timeframe works fine in all the other usual markets: us500, NQ, dax etc.


    But for me wall st is just this small amount of data. If i swap to Daily i get all the data from 1970 -> today


    everything LESS than daily = small data

    Have you sent in a Technical Report via your PRT Platform using Help > Technical Support > Data?
