    thanks you Mr JS . but it’not exactly that. let’s take this trade from April 25th at 4pm. Open is 13251,5.

    Entry is 13384,015 not only 13251,5. because when I take a long or short  position it’ not only open but open*1% like 13251,5*0,01 equal 13251,5+132,52 equal 13384,015. if have 0,4% of profit like 13384,015*0,4% equal 13384,15+53,55 equal 14337,55 I close my long position with a profit. But if I loss 0,4% like 13384,015*0,4% equal 13384,015-53,55 equal 13330,47 I close my trade with a loss.

    when if I sell. my entry is 13251,5*0,01 equal 13251,5-132,52 equal 13118,98. So my entry is 13118,98. if I have 0,4% of profit like 13118,98-52,48 equal 13066,5 I close my short position with a profit. But if I have 13118,98+52,48 equal 13171,46 I close my trade with loss.

    Hi @Dovakin

    When a position is closed then the Open of the next bar is your “starting point”.

    When the Close > the starting point * 1,01 (this is your 1 %) then a buy order is executed at the Open of the NEXT BAR.

    But I want my starting point to always be the open of the candle

    ok its’ true but I’m talking about the entry point it’s shouldn’t just be openning which is the case in the program. as shown by trade open 1250,5. my entry to me should be 13884,015. why is this value not what I have ?

    1. When you are NOT on market the first “starting point” is the OPEN of the next bar
    2. When Close > Starting Point + 1% then an BUY order is placed at the OPEN of the next bar (this is your TradePrice)
    3. When Close – TradePrice > 0.4% then TakeProfit
    4. When Close – TradePrice < -0.4% then StopLoss

    I’m sorry I don’t understand. what should I change so that I have what I want because this is not a case. Can just give the code that make me have from 13250,5 13884,015. I think I explained badly.

    Hi @Dovakin
    I understand, it’s tricky stuff…
    What you want to see now is nothing but the Open plus 1% (Open * 1.01)…

    OpenPrice = Open
    Dovakin = OpenPrice * 1.01
    Return Dovakin as "Dovakin"

    thanks you for your time MR JS. but I think you didn’t understand me just on the facts I’m not talking about bar etc. I’m talking about what I want and what the program gives it’ not that at all. Look at the order list. the entry point and opening on April 25th at 4pm they match 13251,5 and 13251,53. so it’ not open*1% otherwise I would have as entry 13251,5*0,01 so 13384,015.
