m currently using V11.1, and I prefer it over V12. However, there’s a bug that’s preventing me from opening V11.1, so I decided to try V12 instead. When I launched V12, I noticed that my indicators and automated systems were completely different from those in V11.1. My favorites and systems don’t match either.
Is this normal? Is there a way to fix it?
I’m also concerned about the future—what if they eventually switch entirely to V12, or if V13 is released? Will all my systems and indicators be lost?
I get HTTP error 500 currently.

I think I am correct in saying that this has not been a problem for the rest of us (correct me if I am wrong?).
Are you sure you are not opening v12 using different login details to what you used for v11.1?
Anyway, your best bet (IMO) to get back to a baseline is to get v11.1 working again … try reinstalling the PRT Launcher?
When you have got v11.1 working again, you then need to save all your personal Indicators, Screeners and Algos to your PC … takes about 3 seconds (each) to export to PC.
Above is what I do as then I know that if everything goes wrong then I have all I want / need on my PC which can be imported back to PRT in a few seconds (each).

But still remaining the same issue with indcators. When I do open v12 it is a different set of indicators. Its indicators I had from the past not the present ones.
Are you using the exact same Username and Password to login to v11.1 and v12?
Yes, I’m literally referring to clicking on v.11.1 or v.12 in the window where you launch ProRealTime.
Nothing is changed in ProOrder Autotrading.
Edit: I checked again it only seems like favorites is different. I can live with that.
