Using PRT Alerts

I have two Alert conditions set up for Dow. See Picture attached. I want an Alert to sound when my two Supertrends (settings (13,1.5 and 13,1) both change colour at the same time. I have steup two conditions one for each Supertrend. But twice this morning the Alert has failed to sound on Dow.

Hi,

Have you tried with a more simple condition?
Could you also try with “<” or “>” as a criteria. The “All crossing” criteria might be quite complicated to reach of 2 conditions it would mean that both conditions cross at the same time the value you set… better chances at the lottery 🙂

Hi

I manage to solve the problem. The alert started to work once I change a setting to at close of candle. That picks up exactly what I was looking for ie the Supertrends flip on the same candle.
