Unable to Install ProRealTime v10

    Hi Guys,

    I’ve been using V11 on a trial and I’m now going to go live with IG’s version 10. The downloader is the same file for each but unfortunately as I’ve been using V11 previously I’m only getting an option to open V11 not version 10. Is there a solution where I can access both versions one for live and one for test?

    I didn’t know IG were offering v11 for trial.

    I think you are not using the good website to launch ProRealTime, launch it under your IG page account.

    I’ve been using ProRealTime v11 direct through them but have now signed up with IG who only do v10 currently. I’ll uninstall v11 and see if a fresh install from the IG downloader will fix it.

    You don’t have to install/uninstall versions, they come separately with their own launcher. I’m used to launch both versions every day and it doesn’t matter if you have both versions installed on your computer.

    I’m in now thanks, hoping IG upgrade to v11 soon as I’m getting different stats on some of my Autotrading tools and I prefer the v11 ui.

    Different stats are mainly due to different instruments.

    PRT deal with futures, IG deal with Cfd’s.

    Thanks Roberto I’m just realising that by the lack of stuff I want to trade on IG. 🙂 Am I right in believing that Trading directly through ProRealtime themselves doesn’t allow you to Autotrade though? Sorry for all the questions.

    AutoTrading is only supported by IG. We all hope this year, or next one at the latest, IB support AutoTrading as well.

    For clarification (repeat of the question above, sorry) … with PRT Direct are we not able to Auto-Trade Futures??

    You aren’t.

    Only IG support AutoTrading.
