Unable to Attach VWAP Indicator

  Hi Nicolas, I have a suggestion.

  Could you please prepare a template for me with the VWAP indicators on it, plus MACD and RSI? I will then use the template to upload the indicators on my charts. If this does not work, then we know its my computer for whatever reason.

  If you put the VWAP bands, PRC vwaps as well, we see how or whether they work.

  In your screenshots I see that you are trying to put intraday VWAP on a daily chart? It will not work. To get intraday VWAP, use the indicator in an intraday timeframe, such as the 5-minutes one for instance. Try to expand the units displayed to 5000 bars.

  Did you try to use PRT 10.3 instead of v11 beta?

  It works correctly for me in v11, 5-min or even ticks charts, with 1k units displayed. Indicator is applied to the price.

  I don’t know about the error message you get, did you send a technical report to PRT?

  Hi everyone, still unable to attach vwap indicators on my charts. Anyone able to share a template of working vwap indicators particularly vwap bands will tell me whether it is my pc creating these issues or not. I cannot work this one out.

  Any assistance would be much appreciated.

  Do you understand how VWAP works? It does not work on daily charts as Nicolas has already said. Are you trying to use it on daily charts.

  I have now got VWAP bands on the chart! Miracle…I don’t know what has changed – but it is done. thanks everyone.

  Did you perhaps apply it via the wrench on the 5 minute price chart rather than as a separate indicator or on a daily time frame chart? All mistakes and their solutions are a benefit for everyone to read about in the future!
