“Trying to add an alarm in this indicator Ultimate RSI indicator – Indicators – ProRealTime if the level 80 is crossed either from below or from above. But it doesn’t work. Does anyone know why and have a solution?”

Click the BELL icon 0n the toolbar, then place it on the indicator panel, then follow the steps shown in the attached pic.
