TTM Squeeze Screener help

Hi to all!
I have read on this forum about TTM Squeeze indicator and I find it very useful. I check also the respectively Screeners, but don’t find what I am looking for. I play with the codes, but don’t get the result that I want. Please check the image below for details.
I want to screen:
1. When the histogram is above zero line and appears the first blue bar (red arrow)
2. When the histogram is below zero line and appears the first yellow bar (green arrow)
3. When the previous bar of histogram is below zero and the current bar above zero line. (black arrow)

Any help would be much appreciated.
