    I have two variants of the same system running on DOW och 1h and 15min timeframe. Both uses the line “buy 0.2 contracts at market”. The 15min code run without problem (I started them yesterday but so far no problems at least) the 1h code gets rejected because of the minimum positionsize is too smal – “the size you have requested ar smaller than the markets minimum. The current minimum positionsize for this market is 1 contract”.

    I Use the wall street cash 1€ for both systems.

    Does anybody have an idea why this happens?

    Are they both running on Demo or both running on Live or maybe even 1 on Demo and 1 on Live?

    Also are you entering Max Position size in the box as >= 1 for both Systems?

    They are both running on demo for now. The 15min system stopped working now as well. I take your answer as I need to write max positionsize as at least 1 even if the system take 0.2 contracts?

    You should open a support ticket, I think that’s a wrong settings in the contract of the demo account, IG must change it.

    I got some information: we always have a minimum deal size of 0.2 for wall street cash (€1). However, IG may require higher min deal sizes (as was the case here, as the rejection message is sent directly by IG). You will still have to contact them to find out more!

    Ok that´s a bit wierd since it should be ok with 0.2 contracts as you say. Is this problem only on demo? I have set the max positionsize to 1 now to see if that changes anything. Otherwise I will contact IG and come back with their response here.
