trading systems not loading

    Hi, Not sure if anyone else is having this issue – could be temporary. I’ve noticed that any of the systems I’ve made are not loading on to the charts and showing the detailed report as you would expect. It seems to be happening with only certain securities such as gold, silver, fx, indecies. Individual stocks seem to work ok – I thought it might be down to the amount of data, but having reduced the units, still get the same issue. When you click on any of the systems – ‘probacktest my system’ the little box comes up that you usually see but is not progressing on from saying ‘please wait’ and ‘loading’. I tried it with the old prorealtime version but still the same issue. Any idea?

    looks like its do with the multi timeframe coding – works fine once that is removed. Not sure why this is happening – havent changed the code – used to work fine before

    Are you with IG, backtests made with demo or real account please? Issue still present today after a restart?

    Hi Nicolas, I’m with IG using real account. The issue is still present – just keeps saying loading with certain instruments as mentioned above e.g. silver.  As soon as you remove the code for multitimeframe it works fine. Not sure why this is happening – as mentioned it was all fine before – havent changed the coding or anything else. Is anyone else having this issue?
