I don´t fully understand your question unfortunately.
Contract size I use minimum 1, and for that my calculations seems to be right when it comes to security.

I don’t trade Forex or US Crude but I can see that the point size (0,01) and point value (100 jpy) of EUR/JPY is different than other pairs, so maybe a different calculation in your code?
When I look at US Crude then I see a deposit factor of 60 till 480, how can you calculate the margin with this numbers?
Below states that for US Crude the Retail Margin is 10% of Contract size.
